About me

I am a Scientist and I did my PhD in inorganic chemistry at the Fritz-Haber-Institute in Berlin.

For 10 years I worked for Siemens  as a Project & Quality Manager.

Becoming a Family Manager for three kids, one of them with special needs, encouraged me to  look for new working opportunities. I found them in a mix of  training, coaching and  consulting.

Since 2011 I have worked as Trainer – teaching more than 50 project management and leadership courses  – mainly for the target group young scientists.

In 2017 I started my own business as ScienceCoach and broadened my portfolio by including coaching methods such as Business Model You® and the St. Galler Coaching Method®. I now also work as a Coach and as a Career Counselor.
