Learning objectives:

  • To know the strengths, roles, and goals of a leader
  • To learn to be present and clear in communication
  • To understand group dynamics and how to maintain motivation
  • To use the agile approach for planning the next steps

Content:

In this training, group leaders in science will become able to understand the concept of good leadership.

They will learn how to first assess the roles of each member of their team. Then they will define individual and team goals, and acknowledge the strengths of every team member. Based on this understanding, they will have more flexibility in promoting motivation. Additionally, they will learn the agile approach, giving them a tool for planning the workload of the team.

Teaching input, individual work, group work, agile games, peer coaching
