Target group:

Scientists interested in Storytelling

Learning objectives:

  • To understand the principles of storytelling
  • To work on and present a story

Storytelling in the current cultural environment is no longer just the recounting of events. It has become an accepted tool for conveying important messages. In this training, scientists will learn the basics of how to tell a story. They will first explore the breadth of presence and expression by telling a fairy tale. Then they will examine the possibilities of their own stories in serving a greater idea. They will incorporate these possibilities in work on a personal story, defining the message, the audience, and the visual props. Finally, they will present this story to the group and get feedback.
